+ Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in will get a 100% refund.
+ Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before check-in will get a 50% refund.
+ Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
+ If you decide to change the dates of your stay, the cancellation policy for the original booking will still apply.

+ 1pm check-out is available for $40
+ Check-in details will be texted to you on the day of your arrival.
+ 100% deposit required at time of booking.
+ No smoking of any kind in guest rooms. $500 will be applied to your bill if you choose to smoke.
+ Dogs are welcome for $35/night.
+ Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
+ No parties or outside guests.
+ If you do not share our philosophies of inclusiveness or are disrespectful to staff or fellow guests, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
