Come join us for your staycation! All outdoor activities in Calabogie are uninterrupted by Ontario’s latest set of restrictions. The ski hill is fully operational, skating on the lake is a 2-minute walk from Somewhere Inn, hiking trails remain open, and equipment rentals are available through our text-to-concierge service.
On-site our fire pits continue to operate daily (with free s’mores) and our bottle shop remains open daily for take-away or fireside beverages.
All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival wellness survey. We offer contactless check-in, have no shared hallways and no shared ventilation between rooms. If you are in isolation due to COVID during your scheduled stay, you will be able to move your booking to a later date with no penalties. Please text us if you have any questions about our COVID procedures.
Inspired by our natural surroundings, our oversized rooms are designed for mellow mornings, complete with fireplaces, soaker tubs, lounges and sleep-in-worthy beds. And we are purposefully analog (yep, no TVs) to encourage you – and your four legged friends – to get outside for nature-filled afternoons.
We are situated directly across from Calabogie Lake on two private acres of gently sloping, tree-canopied grounds. Unplugging comes easy here with hammocks and lounge areas scattered throughout. Communal fire pits are lit nightly for time under the stars with old and new friends.
We are your basecamp for exploration and adventure. We have partnered with a passionate group of locals to offer you guided hikes, excursions and equipment rentals – all bookable directly through us.
Our lobby doubles as a bottle shop and is filled with a thoughtful selection of Ontario craft beer, and low intervention, biodynamic and organic wine. Open daily from 9am to 9pm for take-away or fireside drinks. Guests, dogs and locals are always welcome.
We believe that we all play a role in protecting our planet. In honour of that belief, 1% of your spend with us will be donated to a local environmental not-for-profit, the Mississippi Madawaska Land Trust.
In Calabogie, the trees, lakes and rolling mountains are your refuge. Home to hiking, skiing, breweries and cafes, pristine nature is the backdrop to every adventure. Explore our guides to the area and text our front desk with any questions.
