Retreats & Offsites
Bring your team two hours north of Toronto and take over a boutique hotel for a couple of days. It suits groups of ten to thirty. A dedicated coordinator builds the whole thing with you: the rooms you sleep in, the spaces you work in, the sessions that get everyone talking properly, the table you eat at, and the driver who collects the team in the city and gets everyone home.
Leadership Offsites
A small group, two quiet rooms, and a long dinner. Strategy in the morning, a trail in the afternoon, the sauna before anyone changes for dinner.
Team Retreats
The whole department, on property together. Working sessions in one studio, breakouts in the other, and an Amazing Race at Blue Mountain in the afternoon.
Wellness & Personal Development
Built around guided breathwork, movement and leadership work with our partners next door. For teams who want the conversation to go somewhere.
Working Weeks & Meetings
A day meeting, a two-day planning session, or a remote team spending a week where the afternoon break is a cold plunge. Coworking all day, every day.
Whichever shape it takes, the same things come with it.

About two hours by car from the GTA, and about two hours from Toronto Pearson. Blue Mountain Resort is twelve minutes away and downtown Collingwood is a three-minute walk. Our partners at Vico Vino Van will collect the group in the GTA and drive you for the duration, so the whole team arrives together.
Twelve minutes by car. A team can run a session in the studio in the morning and be on the hill or in Blue Mountain Village by early afternoon. Free Spirit Tours run their Amazing Race through the Village, and Vico Vino Van does the driving both ways, so nobody is watching the clock. Ski season is the busiest stretch in the area, so winter dates want more notice.
Breakfast, catering and wine tastings all come from Brooky’s, our wine bar on the ground floor. For dinner we hold tables at Lore and Bocado in town, and at The Pine in Creemore, Hearts in Kimberley and Down Home in Markdale, with Vico Vino Van driving the group there and back. They also run the culinary touring.

Every group gets a dedicated event coordinator. They build the plan, book the rooms, spaces, sessions, meals and transport, and are on property for the stay.
November and April are the quietest months in Collingwood and give a group the most room to move: first pick of dates, the easiest buyout to hold, and the best rate we can offer. Autumn colour and ski season are the busiest, so those dates want more notice.
Weddings run at our Calabogie property in the Ottawa Valley. In Collingwood we host retreats, offsites, meetings and private celebrations.
