Group Dinner Parties
One long table, family style, everything in the middle. In the tents or the lounge. Campfire cookouts, wine pairings from the bottle shop list, and nobody rushing anybody out.

Tug of war. Three-legged relay race. Cornhole tournament. Capture the Counselor, where the team leads hide and everyone else hunts them down.

Where Everyone Sleeps
Eleven rooms across three acres, each with a gas fireplace, a lounge area, a soaker tub and a walk-in rain-head shower. Seven kings, three rooms with two queens, and one suite with five beds. Take all of them and thirty-four of you wake up here.
Every room has a kitchenette with a Nespresso, a kettle and a mini fridge, so a slow morning stays slow.

The Lake, The Sauna & The Fire
Barnet Park beach is a two-minute walk, a gently sloping fresh-water sand beach on Calabogie Lake. That is where the morning jumps happen, and where most afternoons end up.
Back on the three acres: a sauna at eighty degrees and a cold plunge at four, open twenty-four hours. Fire pit lounges lit nightly, year round. Hammocks under the tree canopy, lawn games, and nature paths that go nowhere in particular.

Transportation
Calabogie is an hour from downtown Ottawa and an hour from the airport, which means most of your guest list is driving in on the Friday. We arrange the shuttles: airport runs, a coach from Ottawa for anyone who wants to drink, and the loop into town and back for the people who booked elsewhere.

A programming package you add to a group stay here. We turn the three acres into a field day, feed everyone at one long table, and light the fire. Tug of war, three-legged relay, cornhole and Capture the Counselor through the day. Lake jumps, yoga on the lawn, guided hikes and the thermal cycle in the morning. Yes. It is not a fixed weekend we run, it is a menu you pick from. Reunions, milestone birthdays, team offsites and wedding weekends all add it. Take as much or as little of it as you want, and we build the day around what you choose.
The property sleeps thirty-four across eleven rooms, and up to one hundred and thirty can be on the grounds for the day. Most camp groups take the whole place, which is a minimum of two nights on weekends and one night midweek.
It does. The field day, the fire, the long table and the lounge all work year round, and the sauna and cold plunge are arguably better in February. The lake jumps and the yoga on the lawn are a warm-weather thing.
We do. You do not need a volunteer with a clipboard. Tell us which activities you want and we set them up, run them and clear them away.

Summer and early autumn weekends go first, and the Ottawa Valley colour in late September and October is the most requested weekend of the year.
