Two women in robes talking on the benches inside a cedar barrel sauna

Sauna & cold plunge · Calabogie, Ontario

Hot.
Cold.

Still.
Sauna · 80°C
Plunge · 4°C
Garden · open 24/7

A cedar barrel and a plunge pool under the tree canopy, the lake across the road. Free for guests, all day and all night.

Hot, cold, rest, repeat, for deep recovery and even deeper calm. Heat in the cedar barrel, the plunge right beside it, then rest on the grounds for as long as you like.
Overnight guests have the grounds 24/7. Visitors are welcome 8am to 9pm for $25 a session, towel and robe included, and you are welcome in the lobby wine bar before and after. New to it? Ask at the desk and we'll walk you through the first round.
